No clue who the girl that was working in the back with the fitting rooms/hemming on the 27th after Boxing Day, but her customer service and efficiency of helping customers was on point. Needed to get hemming done on my pants and she was quick and patient. It was an extremely busy day and she was working by herself during peak hours, but she still managed to wear 2 hats at once. Kudos to her!

Called multiple times and left 2 voicemails regarding my store pick up order. The store states in their voicemail that they will respond within 48 hours, but I never got a call back. Also engaged in an online live chat with an educator on the Lululemon website and he said they should respond within 24 hours!

My yoga mat came with a green stain that somewhat faded into a clear stain over time. Just expected it to be opened in mint condition. 4 stars my personal experience, but i still enjoy the mat, nice oceany color. I came back for my first lululemon leggings and was excellently helped by the lady with long blonde hair. (sry forgot ur name!) Shes like strategically smart and super helpful with her customer service!

I had a wonderful customer experience with Kim who works at this location. She was friendly, relatable, cheery, just a breath of fresh air. No one cares about you,even if you two have eyes contact,they will ignore you.Don't know what they are busy at.....there used to be one good instructor, but haven't seen her for a long time. I prefer the service at outlet.they are more customer-centered,at least let me feel I was welcome to the store.
