Been coming here on/off for about 6 years. Had an unusual situation and needed Alex”s help to replace a damaged window on my car. I know he’s not a glass repair shop but he went out of this way and helped me with locating the part and installing it. Much appreciated!!!! Will definitely come back.
Received great service from Alex at Lex Auto Solutions. I was in a tough spot with needing our repair done by a certain time. Alex impressed me when he answered my phone call, empathized about my situation, explained why the delay was happening, and then promised to work his best to meet my timeline. He promised to keep me updated, and he did. I was able to pick up the car right when I needed it and he told me he'd put a rush on and worked overtime. This was my first time at Lex Auto Solutions and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
I brought an Audi S4 for inspection before buying and Alex said it was just a leak of oil, so when i went for pick up the car i wanted to check the oil level and...surprise!! the hood was broken. I asked Alex why he didnt tell me about it and he said not worth it. So i decide to take the car to another Auto repair and surprise again!! solenoids failure and power of the engine under threshold... This mechanic and the owner of the S4 are friends FYI Avoid this auto repair to all costs. Not an honest guy
Excellent service! My car has a tricky problem that's not so easy to fix but they did it. The owner is also nice and friendly. Would definitely come back for any future problems.
