Amazing boxing fitness workouts each time with a Pro who combines his years of experience as a boxer with his knowledge as an excellent coach (Harvey)! He expects nothing but the best from you and helps you get there with guidance tips and advice. These workouts are so effective and you wont be disappointed!! The studio is so organized and very clean too in a fantastic location by the river! I have been attending Legends Boxing since 2016! Thank you Harvey!
