If you asked me what the most remarkable thing about lansdowne mall is, I would say, it's parking lot. It is one place (pre covid) where even on black Friday or boxing day, the parking to visitor ratio feels like 10:1 The positive part of that is, that other than hot spots like bestbuy, t&t, and maybe the food court, the mall is overall not very busy. In saying that there are an interesting collection of restaurants and stores and large chains that does make it a worth while place to visit and shop. Lansdowne will be re developed eventually, however in the meantime especially now, it's a decently less busy mall and place to go

Surprisingly a lot of shopping centers and food. I haven’t been to Lansdowne much but it feels like a great place to shop. It different from other shopping centers because its got more local businesses. Much more down to the ground if you know what I mean. I definitely enjoyed the layout and spaciousness.

I find the location to be convenient. There is always plenty of free parking. It's good to pay attention when exiting, though, as you can easily wind up in the wrong place if you're not careful. There is a good variety of stores and restaurants, as well as an ICBC office.

Myra El Masraya

This mall has many great shops including Langley farms that has great fresh fruits and vegetables. Food court is excellent so is the dollar store. If interested in learning Arabic language and English language, I am offering them free on you tube under Myra el Masraya channel.
