Oh man! These guys are so fast that I have to write amazing. I got pickup order within 1 min of ordering and smoking hot. Best so far. The receipts also good.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this particular store. Was asked to wait outside as only 2 people were allowed inside. Another customer barged in, and crew members didnt say anything and even accommodated the him. They did not bother to inform the guy about their covid policy and never acknowledged that I was there first. This, aside from the 45 minute wait.
Ordered online through Cyber Monday deal. Set a scheduled pick up at 5:30pm. When I arrived, line up was over 2 hours wait. Called customer service multiple times for a refund and as of this day, still no refund. Will never order from KFC again because of this experience. My time is worth way more that keeping on following up for my refund.
This place is a joke. I made an online-order, then visited the restaurant to pick up the order, but they didn't have my order, and told me to come back a week later. I was nice at the time and agreed to come back later. A week later, I made my second visit to the restaurant and the place was closed. It took one month to get a refund because one of the employee lied to the main office, who was investigating a file that I issued for my missing order, saying that I picked up my order on my second visit. So I had to make a call to the customer service to reactivate the case. Absolutely disgusted by the service here and please visit other locations unless you have enough money and time to waste.
Pathetic plant based vegetarian sandwich. The patty was stale, not cooked properly and was absolutely a distasteful experience. Please avoid this place.
