A close friend highly recommended this bakery. So 2 days before Chinese New Year I bought 3 batch of pineapple cake. Then next day I braved the cold weather to buy more cookies since I planned to give some of my friends Kam Do cookies. I then visited my friends and gifted them the cookies and pineapple cookies. Back at home, I decided to try a bite of pineapple cookies and was annoyed and surprised. It is very hard as Nd I have to stop eating, afraid that I have to visit my dentist the next day if I continue. I then called those I gifted the cookies and received confirmation of same experience. The other cookies was fine, the bad bad batches are all pineapple. I planned to return the batch to Kam Do but the weather and my health condition was not favorable until today, exactly 7 days afterwards. I tried to return the pineapple cookies but refused despite the Kam Do packaging and cookies still in wraps. Problem is I list my receipt. Thank you Kam Do. The Kam Do shop I do business is the one at No 3 Rd, next to Shopper Drug Mart

Their savory buns are awesome. Makes for a quick cheap lunch. My favorite are the corn and ham, egg and ham, BBQ pork, and curry beef. Secret: they have this refrigerated Japanese black sesame mochi for a dollar that tastes like a chewy cloud.... Must try....
Love the bakery here. The breads here always baked fresh. There are a lot of selections to choose from. I wish they will open a branch in Burnaby, so we don't need to travel that far. I always get the milk toast there.
The buns are very tasty. Their buns are bigger then their competitor's. We each had 2 buns and were full. Everything is individually wrapped and for hot/cooked meats buns, you inform them of your choices and then will bag them for you. Very clean and hygienic. Will be back!
Mmm so good! I love that fresh bread smell in the mornings! Their buns are perfectly sweet and moist, with exactly the right texture when you pull it apart. Prices are good for most non-western items, western desserts are pricier but look delicious as well.
