I used them for my move from Irvine California to Vancouver, BC 2 weeks ago, the crew was super professional and helpful, Adam made everything super easy for me as this move was a little pain for me because of covid. I got my shipment in a week so I'm super happy about that. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Cheers again.

Quick response to quote and discussion on arrangements, but irresponsible and never replied email after receiving the 200 deposit. Then they missed the pickup date and need to rearrange another one until I called. They wrote a wrong destination city in the contract. When I told them to correct, again no response. Finally I needed to call several times and waited. Bad experience. Absolutely not recommended.
Worst and most stressful move. Very late to pick up. Rude on the phone. No clear communication. Lost items and never bothered to contact when we sent a claim.
DO Not Hire this company people. A year ago I moved from BC to Ontario and was ripped off. The movers threw all my stuff into my storage unit and broke over 2000 dollars in stuff. It was so sad and disheartening to unpack and find many things broken. Company offered me 100 . Wow eh... shove that where the sun does not shine. I warn you now, never hire this company period.

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star This company PROVIDES TOTAL FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT QUOTING AND PRICES HIDDEN FEES ARE ADDED UP TO YOUR BILL AFTER PICK UP. NOTHING IS MENTIONED TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE PICK UPS HERE IS SOME EXAMPLES 1. 3% ADDED AS FEES IF AT DELIVERY YOU WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD. THIS INFO WAS PROVIDED 3 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY. HOW DO YOU EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO HAVE 1K CASH IN 3 DAYS ?????? 2. LONG CARRY FEE THAT ARE MENTIONED BY THE GUY THAT COMES ON THE SPOT TO PICK YOUR STUFF!!!! MIND AS WEELL WOULD HAVE CARRY MY STUFF TO THE DOOR RIGHT? 3. STORAGE FEES EXTRA BECAUSE YOU EXCEED THE MONTH. BEFORE PICK UP YOU CLEARLY MENTIONE THE DATE YOU WANT THE DELIVERY AND THEY SAY OK AND THEY CHARGE YOU FEE FOR STORAGE BECAUSE THEY COME 1 TIME A MONTH TO THE LOCATION OR THEY DONT EVEN MENTION ITS FROM THE PICK UP DATE. THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME TO DELIVER THE 31TH OF AUGUST ONCE I CLEARLY MENTIONED SEPT 1ST AND AFTER SINCE I MOVED INTO A NEW PLACE THEY ADVERTISE BEST PRICES THATS A TRAP ONLY TO GET CUSTOMERS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES AFTER PICK UP DATW. YOU ASK FOR A SUPEEVISOR TO CALL YOU AND 3 WEEKS LATER YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK. YOU WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR A DIRECT CONTACT OF A MANAGER AND THE SUPERVISOR SEND YOU THE BASIC EMAIL THAT TO BE HONEST THE COMPLAIN WILL NEVER REACH MANAGENENT SO FAR BIG 0 FOR EVERYTHING I EVEN WONDER IF MY STUFF WILL BE ALL THERE AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I just needed two rugs moved from Alberta to Vancouver. Their quote seemed fair, but I have to admit that I was afraid that they might add additional charges in the end. I was really pleasantly surprised that they stuck to their quote, were professional and all around pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.
