I picked up my order at lunchtime expecting to enjoy it immediately, but unforeseen circumstances didn't permit me to do so until the evening. One would expect that things would need reheating and to my enjoyment most of my food was still warm...keep in mind it's the middle of winter and the food was in the car for hours until I could get home to indulge. What it comes down to is quality and Hunan East makes that a priority!

Adequate choice for decent, run of mill, American Chinese food. People come for the buffet but I care about myself so we order from the menu. Service is whatever. There is no hot green tea which is very disappointing. This ppace is close to my house so we will likely return.
My coworkers and I loooove this place so much. We work up the street and often order take out for lunch. Food is always delcious, ready on time, and hot!! We think they have the best hot n sour soup in the city. Thank you Hunan East for always providing delicious food and fast n friendly service!
I tried Hunan East for a group lunch at my work. It was absolutely amazing. The service was very friendly and accommodating to package all 18 orders individually marked with people’s names and the food was hot, fresh, and excellent. The portions are very generous. You can’t get a better deal than Hunan East. Highly Recommend.
