Just got a Hamilton watch Khaki Air Race, a special edition of Red Bull Air Race as Hamilton is an official timekeeper. Customer service was decent but need more new and varieties collection.

The staff is so knowledgable and professional here. I love having a chat with staff regarding specific watches. Each time I walked in, I’d be welcomed politely and they will allow me to browse without harassing me with sales pitches. This is something I truly appreciate. What surprises me is also the cleanliness of the store. It’s spot on! You can’t even see a fingerprint in any of the glasses or watches that I ask to see!! Impressive!! If you are looking for a good quality elegant Swiss watches, I would highly recommend you to visit Hour Passion. They carry watches from Swatch to all the way to Longines. You can be sure to find whatever you are looking as a gift in here!

I had a wonderful time at Hour Passion. The staff, Ronald helped me look for a beautiful swatch watch for me and my daughter! They had a very large collection and the service was fantastic. Most importantly I got my 2 watches at a very affordable price. Would recommend again! It is the best experience for me to buy a watch in less than 30 seconds while I haven’t bought for six years ! Awesome !

For starters, the watch i wanted to buy was supposedly labled incorrectly but the sales associate lady refuse to honor the same price even though they had mispresented the price and they were suppose to honor it for that price. At the check out, she suggested the contest where i i could be entered into a draw if i take a picture with the purchased item and add it to social media. I was hesitant while holding my phone and she kept saying " just let me do it" and took the phone from me to go ahead with the social media post. I told her i dont want this post to appear on my social media wall and she said that it won't because it is going direct in their page. She finalized the post and sure enough ir appeared on my social media wall. I was very upset and while deleting that post i said" you lied! I specifically said i dont want this to be on my wall" she then shrugged her shoulder said sorry and walked back to the desk. I usually dont write reviews let alone one this long but i feel like people should know what type of customer service they will be receiving at this place. Love the product but terrible terrible customer service.
