I mean isn't it just common sense to have the office hours on your website? Even when I called the number it had an option to get office hours but it never gave them to me, just blabbed on about stopping in. How am I going to know when to stop by if you don't make the office hours available to know when it's a good time to go in? Not a very bright business decision.

Park is in much need of clean up and pot hole repair. Park rules are not being enforced so tenants who care nothing about their residents could not be happier especially the trash throwers and the speeders. We have a great park manager who cares but can do nothing until the owners show some interest. We did get one much needed speed bump which did help but two would have helped more. Would love to see more interest in park rules and enforcement instead of our money and high profit margin for them. We don't even have a maintenance department. Kids have no safe place to play. People are living here that are not on any lease. Never any mail box up dates or drop box for complaints. Camera is fake at dumpsters and all know it. Many residents fear decline of park will lead worse issues for many who do care.

Great neighborhood. But the garbage area up front as you come in the neighborhood is always messy. It seems that the garbage is not picked up enough because the dumpsters are always overflowing. But for the most part the streets are clean and the neighbors tend to keep their yards maintained nicely.

People walk their dogs and let them poop in your yard. Kids play in the middle of the road and will not let cars pass. Kids throw things at your cars when you try to pass them.
