This store is me and my kids favorite store. The manager, Ayana is so Inviting and friendly. She's always smiling and welcoming customers. I went here today and I noticed that the staff were extremely friendly, I'm definitely coming back to this store. Theres alot of different clothes to choose from.

The clothing was nice, but not really my style. I did like the sweatshirts, jeans, and some of the tee shirts, though.
You're not allowed to try on clothes at the moment and they've covered the mirrors so you can't try them on in the aisles so you can pretty much only purchase, see how it looks at home, and schlep to the mall again and stand in line for a return. But hey, it's a small price to pay for safety and it's another excuse to walk around the mall.
The customer service of h and m in the Richmond centre is really bad. The guy in the men's department as a cashier was impolite with no smile. Not recommended.
