I visited this Virgin mobile store as my SIM card was intermittently not connecting to mobile data (until the phone was restarted). When I arrived, the sales associate, Mehdi M. (who was manning the store alone that day) was assisting another customer, but was kind enough to acknowledge me and provide a rough time estimate for when he would be finished. After this, he went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide a solution that luckily worked out perfectly and solved my issue (which of course is not always the case, so definitely happy things got fixed up on the first try). Great service and would visit again!

Worse customer service experience, I have ever seen in whole my life. Don't even think of going back to this place anymore. The salesperson named Mehdi was working there and he was acting so unprofessional and rud to me,at the middle of activation my new phone line, he kicked me out from his store. Worse, worse experience in my life "Stay away from this store"
Hi Amir Usually I don’t write reviews. Recently I changed my 2 phone lines and my home internet from my previous provider into Virgin and the only reason beyond that was the sales representative in Virgin Hillcrest Mall “Amir” , the way he welcome me in the begging was full of passion and loyalty to his company at the same time . He presented me the services and the coverage in very knowledgeable and professional way also was patient with all my detailed questions till the end because it was not easy to me to shift from my previous provider after 10 years and trust Virgin , that won’t happened with Amir professionalism. I recently went through a bad experience with Virgin. The last place I wanted to be , was in store, purchasing a new phone. Mehdi, the store manager, was a consumate professional. He knew everything, about anything. He allowed me to make informed decisions, about products and services, and was so nice. Virgin mobile is extremely lucky to have an employee like mehdi working for them, I would highly recommend going to this exact store, for anyone that is dealing with virgin in the future.
