Excellent service. I got 2 Brother printer high yield toner cartridges for 1/4 of the price that Brother was selling them for and 75% of the price of other off-brand sites. Works perfectly, no compatibility issues at all.

I have only good things to say about Superink.ca: competitive prices, good customer service, timely shipments, trouble-free products, and good warranties. I've placed a number of orders over the past couple of years and have been pleased every time. On occasion I've had to reach out and have always received a prompt response. As long as the company conducts business in this way, I plan on increasing the number of purchases going forward. There is every indication that this is a good Canadian company, and for that reason I wish them much success.
Like most people are saying, very good price, fast delivery, also very accommodating, I am waiting for a part for my printer that will arrive end of April, this started back in March. I asked if my printer still didn’t work can I still send back the cartridges, the answer was yes. Now, that is good business. Will order again & again.
For years, Superink (and its predecessor company) have been providing me with toners for my office printer. The price is very competitive and the service is excellent. In most cases, I get deliveries the day after ordering. I highly recommend them.
Just received my Ink, It was fast and it fits my old brother printer. Price was excellent so I ordered two sets to keep me going. Great Company , Great product No issues.
Having an issue with the cartridge, my printer was working fine before I used this brand, not sure if it is just the first one I used but, it keeps on showing the ink as empty after I print, I have to remove it, shake it, hit it a bit against my desk to get it to work before I can print again. Got fed up and opened a new one(only had that one in for a week). I had ordered 3 of these. (63BXL). Shipping was great though, really fast. Other two cartridges worked fine, if all three cartridges worked fine I would have given a better review.
Just received my order which arrived within 10 days. I have only had the opportunity to try one of the ink cartridges but it worked perfectly with no issues whatsoever. I have recommended this to my friend who has the same printer. Very pleased.
