Lots of shoes but the way everything is placed makes it difficult to move around once the store gets more traffic of people. And it is not stroller friendly.

I never write reviews, but last Saturday I was heart broken after my daughter was emotionally abused by SOFT MOCK store in the Hillcrest mall. I took my daughter shoes shopping. She has severe eczema on her both hands. She is prohibited to use hand sanitizer due to having cuts on her skin and by applying hand sanitizers she has severe burning reaction. Prior to entry to various stores, I had to explain to the person who stands in the entrance of each store that my daughter is unable to apply hand sanitizers and I had to show all workers who are in the entry of each store my daughter’s condition. They all were very understanding, especially after seeing my daughter’s hands and let her inside, except of SOFT MOCK. Me and my daughter were asked to leave the store even after showing my daughter’s hands and ecplaining her condition. I asked to speak with store manage. Store manager was even more rude than employee who I spoke to. I explained that my daughter will not touch anything in the store, but store manager rudely asked to leave raising her voice making my 14yr old daughter cry. I definitely will not come back to this store to shop ever again and encourage all my friends to stay away from this store as there is no customer service. Staff was rude and disrespectful. I felt that my daughter was humiliated by SOFT MOCK employee including the store manager. STAY AWAY FROM HILLCREST MALL SOFT MOCK!

Worst customer service, rude manager. Bought a pair of Timberlands on online Softmoc. On the second wear, the shoe broke on the heel. Following the website return/exchange policy, I brought it to this store at 10:00 on Friday morning two weeks after received the shoe, the assistant manager said she can’t do anything until the manager come in at 11:00. The manager showed up at 11:20, and told me she cannot do anything, also she doesn’t consider this as defective. What a joke! People should never come to this store. There is a big problem with the management. Retail are dying because of these kind people being store manager. I have been a Softmoc customer for twenty years as support to Canadian business. But it is time to say goodbye.

While I understand there may have been some frustration with some parent allowing their ill mannered children run around the store, my shoe boxes(2) were thrown into a bag that ended up ripping. Why put boxes with blunt edges into plastic bags that can and do easily rip? Not very eco friendly. I like that I can walk into this store and be ignored, no sarcasm, I hate when associates talk to me. If I want help or assistance, I will reach out. This new location in the mall is much bigger and brighter.

Worst customer services ever. On Saturday there were 3 people working, only 1 was actually doing anything and even she had no clue how to answer a simple question of “is this available in this size” she would come Back with.....” ahem..... what colour?” While you are holding the shoe, in your hand in black...... then..... when asked what card are you going to pay/paid with.... and you answer Visa..... they come back with what kind of visa? Is that a credit card.... is it a debit card? Common...... if it’s a Visa, it’s a credit card (especially when I specified it is NOT a VISA - debit) oh.... cherry on the cake was when the assistant manager said “I know how banks work I just need to know if this Visa is an Amex”. Mind blown.

I agree with everyone. Customer service at this THIS LOCATION is a joke. I called them 5 TIMES and no answer. The 5th call i heard the person at the store pick up the phone and start dialing a phone number and ignored me. So i called there Head Office and they were friendly to me.

Awful store, awful customer service, rigid "store policies" regarding trying to price match on a slightly different color. Why bother shopping here for anything when everywhere else can give you a better deal and service?
