Horrible experience, second time with this pharmacy. I call ahead to make sure my medication is available and ready to pick up with an approximation of the cost. Both times I was informed ahead of time that the medication was ready for pick. Upon pick up, the medications are unavailable, prices are incorrect, extreme line-ups and I’m being told I should be grateful I even got it, and that if I had gone to another pharmacy I’d be waiting over an hour. Not the best customer service especially during times like this, as a front line worker as well I understand the stress but there is no need to be disrespectful or rude to the general public. It’s not that hard to be nice!
We have been customers of the Rexall at Oak Ridges for a few years and during this difficult time they have gone above and beyond to be helpful and attentive and all the staff deserve recognition for the super job they have been doing. Well done and thank you!!!
