We are all human and can make mistakes, what sets client service apart is how you manage the mistake. The staff at Nu-Tek really understands how to turn a not so perfect experience into a perfect one. After some back and forth via email, myself and Nu-Tek agreed to a solution to my problem. After installing the agreed upon solution, things where still not quite perfect. After bring my disappointment to the attention of Nu-Tek, they resolved it quickly, I walked out a very happy client waiting to tell anyone who requires a high level of service for their automotive electronic needs to contact the staff at Nu-Tek.
