I usually do my oil changes at Midas and this location is my favorite. Great customer service and affordable pricing for the oil change specially when using 29.99 promotion.
On point and honest. This will be my go to place for anything from now on. Went in for an oil change, and they did their check for potential repairs/damages at other areas, and they recommended to replace engine and cabin air filters while showing me the worn out ones, and quoted me the \actual\ prices that they would cost (which are pretty reasonable and would cost you the same if you decide to do them yourself anyway), unlike at other places. Recommended me to get tires changed soon, without forcing me into anything. I didn't have to think twice about their recommendations, as I already knew of those needed replacements. So they're pretty honest there. Highly recommend people to go here!
One word \honest\ , I went to check on my brakes because of a weird noise. They took my car for a ride, removed all tires and assess the problem basically was just normal wear and tear. They suggested that I didn't have to do anything yet.... Left Midas with peace of mind and they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. Highly recommended A.
listen....i don't like writing negative reviews, but the pushy sales tactics employed by this location are NOT cool. i came in for an oil change because i was in the neighbourhood and had a little time to kill. not only did they take MORE THAN AN HOUR to do the oil change, but after it was done, i was forced into the back where the head mechanic tried to scare me into doing a bunch of additional repairs totalling over 1200. his tone was aggressive, his vibe, highly unprofessional my car is in reasonable working order and i knew of the issues he was speaking of, but i am concerned for someone who knows their car not as well, or who is not aware of their rights; they might fall for his old-school sales tactics. someone from MIDAS should talk to these people: this is not how a garage should be run and i definitely won't be changing my oil at MIDAS again.
