I do not know about the technicians but I just had a call to inquire about screen damage. The lady on the call is so rude. (Since the reply below is saying I was \mad\ and telling me to \be considerate\, I want to make it clear I was not mad when I first called. I was mad after her being rude. If the call is recorded I dont mind reviewing it. Anyways, just want to share my experience. I just know I will not come to this place or recommend anyone to that's it.)
Repaired my MacBook Pro under warrantee flawlessly and quickly. A great alternative to the Apple Store as their availability was much better.
