The experience was totally terrible! Had to retrieve data and then replace hard drive. Communication was terrible. I had to go back 4 times, each time with an excuse of why it wasn't completely ready. Later I still cannot use my computer. I expected the tech to be more on the ball with helping someone who is obviously less informed about computers. Totally unreliable services.

After taking my computers to them, instead of getting all of them fixed, it seemed like they created more problems. It took some time and money to have them all completely fixed.
They checked my computer and found that I have no hardware problems and suggested me to simply re-install. Then I went home and tried to reinstall my computer and figured out that the hard disk is actually broken. Those guys gave me wrong diagnostics and didn't fix it further. Very unprofessional. So my advice is to STAY AS FAR as possible from this place despite the few good reviews that might have.
Do not trust them if you eed quality SSD drives. Their customer handling is terrible, and they don't care for customers after the sale has been made. Worst customer service I ever came across.
