visited this place to report an accident. I'm giving 5 stars to the police supervisor at this collision center location. However, One of the officer was extremely rude and he has the great talent that can estimate your car damage cost by just looking at your cellphone picture by ONE Second. I'm a very detail oriented person, here are what I did before visiting this collision center: 1. I called York regional police non emergency line and confirmed the correct collision center I should go. 2. I got the reference number from York regional police department regarding the accident. 3. I prepared all taken photos, a short Video, accident-related individuals information, ownership, drivers license, screen capture of the map. Put everything in one folder. All I did was trying to reduce the workload for police officers and save time for both of us. Unfortunately, if you were the person like me, one of the officer won't appreciate your efforts, all he did was trying to finish my case and get me out of there ASAP, he doesn't care how people feel when they stressing out from their car accidents. After calling York regional police again and tried to file a formal complaint, they transferred my call to the supervisor at this location, he is very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I am very appreciated that someone can really help you out when you suffering in car accidents.

Helpless, don't bother and go waste your time, you cannot get your right or even fight for it if involved in hit and run. They need license plate number and if you were not able to get a picture because the driver who hit you ran away, they wouldn't do anything about it. Disappointing

Bad attitude, ask for repeat what he says, reply me very impatiently. Careless, that’s not what taxpayers need.

Very disappointed , after reporting a hit and run accident they said they can't do anything about it , don't even bother and go there waste of time

The officer (Macdonald, I believe) who helped me today when I went in because of a hit and run in my work parking lot today was extremely patient and kind. It’s been a horrible week for me with this car accident aside, and even though it’s definitely not the worst car accident in the world officer Macdonald treated me with the utmost respect and validated how stressed out I was feeling. At the end of the day nobody was hurt and cars can be replaced; but when you go through some unexpected stress like this sometimes a bit of kindness can make a world of difference. Thank you.

extremely rude officer. did't listen to you and argue with you. All they do all day is just simply ask if there are any witness or hard evidence, if your evidence is not 100% solid, they will not give a damn. The accident I have is happened at my private place, and only one person can do it, and I have a witness just beside. They still refuse to look into it... Or even bother to make a phone call and check with the suspect. One star is too much for them. Not deserve my tax !!!

Don't even both going there, i was a victim of hit and run on the street with an imprint of the license place on my bumper and the cop told me I don't have enough evidence because we did not exchange info...hence it was a hit and run... They don't want any extra investigative work. Greatly disappointed at To Serve and Protect. 1 min on their system to check can get these bad drivers off the road!
