I ordered a mouse from their website cause I wanted it fast, they told me its gonna arrive in 2 days at first, then the ETA changed to 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they told me I should wait at least 3 more weeks to get my item, I even paid for fast shipping... When I contacted them they told me you cant do anything but wait. nice... such a nice answer... I couldn't get the item for 2 months cause of this store because when I got my refund they told me its gonna take 2 weeks for them to give my money back. this is legit #SCAM !!

There is every reason to believe that store employees record all customer PIN-codes on the camera. If you bought something from this store, change your PIN immediately and keep track of the money in your account! I enclose photographs as confirmation.

AVOID. THIS. STORE. The owners are definitely opinionated, do NOT shop here. Waited over 2 months for an RTX 3060 Ti and they haven't gotten back to me. Still no card and when we back ordered the card they told us that they would charge a deposit of 100, and then we would pay 500 later for the card. Ended up charging 600 bucks immediately after purchase. I have looked on Reddit and several people got their cards 2-4 weeks after purchase. There are even rumors that the owner takes the card and resells them on the market for higher due to low supply and high demand. This is outrageous, please learn from my mistakes and avoid this location at all costs. Please let this business go into bankruptcy, the owners don't deserve to own this franchise and should be out of business for manipulating their customers and taking advantage of them. SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Michael M was fantastic, knew what he was talking about, provided excellent service and made great suggestions. Edit: not sure who handles their customer relations but the way they answered my request for a follow-up was awful. I placed an order for an item 2 months ago (and also was forced to wait in the cold for 2 hours before I could even be allowed to place the order) and emailed the store for a follow up. There were no apologies for my wait. They would not let me know any time in between what was happening with the product I ordered. They did not offer any alternatives considering the wait I had, not even an estimate on when the product might show up without a guarantee. It's too bad because my previous experience was turning my originally negative experience positive, and now it's going back to another negative one. Edit 2: it shows that good customer follow up leads to a happy customer. A kind gentleman named Tim called me and set up a realistic expectation and a replacement recommendation that exceeds what I initially ordered in all ways. Thanks to his follow up my positive experience turned negative is positive again. Thank you Tim.

Be aware about scam in the store. They are cheating with prices. Advertised prices on the screen are not prices which you will pay on exit. Picture of advertisement screen below. Price for Patriot SSD is in red and it 59.99 . when I went to cashier, she told, that price is 64.99. I pointed, that according to the law, I can pay advertised price. It theirs problem when they made moistake and put a wrong price on a product. They ignored it and told to pay 64.99. Same with other products on the screen . Most of prices are "wrong" according to sales person whom I spoke about this issue. What is a reason to advertise wrong prices of the products? If you not put attention, you will pay more than you expected! Avoid these cheaters!

Buyers Beware! Every time I shop at this location I am reminded that they dont accept returns and then told I should pay for the Canada Computers return insurance so that I can return if anything breaks. I said no thanks and was reminded multiple times, well if you have a dead pixel on your new monitor then we cant help you. I replied that is what manufacturers warranty is for. From there they have nothing to say... I am not pleased with this bullying, plus it does not give a good feeling that Canada Computers stands behind their products. I am very disappointed.

Ordered a graphics card that my son wanted, only to wait months and be told that it is out of stock -- conveniently just as the scalping price for the product increased exponentially. Now, my son refuses to talk to me. Thanks for tearing apart our family....

My backorder was cancelled, sure that's life. But don't lie between your teeth and say the manufacturer no longer produces that model. You just don't want me to get the card since I paid the price pre-tariff in December.
