Lenovo referred me to Canada Computers head office in Richmond Hill for an Out-of-Warranty laptop screen repair. I visited the office in person and was greeted by Cristina & Lawrence (Computer Repair technicians). Both were very professional and helpful. They provided a quote for the screen repair (parts labor) immediately. After dropping the laptop, the repair was completed professionally and within 24 hours. The accounting department was able to provide me with a formal invoice and also arrange for online payment. The head office deals with warranty and out of warranty repairs for most known brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.). Excellent service provided by them and would recommend to any consumer/ business looking for laptop repair.

I had backordered a 3060ti from this store and I understand that it might take time to get, but I called to this location and many other to ask what my position in line was for it and no one answered. I have been trying for the last 15 days, yet I still have not had someone pick up the phone or call me back. People in store are nice though, but don't call them and expect them to pick up.
I had spent a week trying to inquire about my pickup order which I still had gotten no confirmation email for and I can't even phone them to see if it's available as no stores answer their phones (I called over 30 times in one day to multiple stores with it being answered 0 times). Now the item I ordered shows Out of Stock. After 3 weeks, I got an email from Canada Computers saying they've now cancelled my order out of nowhere. Another time, I went to a store to try to get a price match. The cashier simply told me o price matching\ even though the website states \Canada Computers & Electronics will guarantee their price compared to any authorized local Canadian dealer\. He then proceeded to say I was wrong and pointed me to a small piece of text saying that this was no longer the case. Update your website and be more polite to your customers. Deciding to buy a PC part at Canada Computers was a huge mistake that I will not be making again. Go to MemoryExpress instead if you want to actually receive your product. I have let everyone I know to avoid Canada Computers like the plague, and will continue to post everywhere online to create awareness of this trash company with garbage policies. I can't wait for the day Canada Computers goes out of business.
