Cute little shop, buns were really tasty. I purchased 8 buns and two egg waffles and they still cost me under 15. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and pleasant. Will definitely go again! Highly recommended!

Their bubble tea has REAL tea flavor like a recipe in Hong Kong ️ (it's not like some other bubble tea shops I have tried that they used powder which made it's more like sweet drink than tea) and tapioca is really fresh and soft. very impressive! ️ I'm so glad that we have really delicious bubble tea near our home and absolutely, this shop will be our regular tea shop where our family will go. And the owners are really nice too. :)

Pastry was good. Bubble tea is delicious. It is more like grub and go place.

I always wanted to try this place and I finally made here. FRESH bakery with good variety and egg waffle! Parking in the back. The egg waffle is nice and crispy in the outside and soft on the inside.
