Staff was horrible, the ladies did t greet, then checked out w attitude and then I discovered they forgot security tags on two of my items. The Leslie location in Richmond Hill is horrible. Staff has major attitude here.

Worst experience ever !!! The owner souhila is very nice. But of course when she is not there her employees take advantage. I went in with an empty coffee cup . It was empty! And after a half hour of me shopping an employee came up to me and said to throw out my cup. I said it was empty anyways and no problem to throw it out . She then said "if you don't like it then get out" I was furiated. I shop there regularly and employees see me there every time. She then said to GO f*** my family and to get out of my store. Lady I'm not a kid I'm 29 years old married. What is wrong with her. So of course I started walking out and got upset. Boxing Day my ass . The store is always 70 % off but only Boxing Day it's 50 % off. What a rip off . Other employees were just laughing while the old employee with white short hair kept yelling at me. . F*** my family?? That is NOT how retail should be ran. She needs to get fired!
