Buying off the plan with this developer promised luxury and sophistication at a price to match. But after signing the contract we hardly heard from them . Delays of course and finally a product that did not match the rhetoric. A rip off . Beware! Rectification work is never ending 18 months later.

Not responsive what so ever. Our apartment build went from being sold in as an 18 month build to being a 3.5 year build. With minimal communication and multiple chasing required to get any updates. Since settlement I've been trying to get defects rectified with no response to emails and no one available to talk every time I've called.
