Excellent service. The server was very welcoming and easy to interact with. We ordered the 9 course chefs menu. All round excellent food. The star was the sashimi and the rice and salmon broth. Definitely coming back with a larger group. Well done guys

great dining experience wish there were more skewer options available as they were excellent skewers. also props to the mini sangas, the chicken karage, and that pumpkin agedashi tofu. great desserts too.
I tried Future Future for the first time after receiving heaps of recommendations from friends. Oh boy, was I not disappointed! Generous portions, lovely service and amazing atmosphere. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Hands down best Japanese in Melbourne. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
We were very relieved that Future Future did not end up as collateral damage during covid like some other places! They have come back from lock down with some awesome new menu items and cotinuing to offer wonderful service. My Favourites are the shitake mushrooms and hanger steak - both cooked on the hibachi grill using real binochan charcoal. And for a real bit of Japan in Melbourne, try the Katsu Sandu!
We very much enjoyed our visit to Future Future. We were seated at the kitchen bar and were impressed with the performance of the chefs and dedication of wait staff. Highly recommend!

HONEST REVIEW: Very disappointed, don't waste your time here the price you pay for a small portion of food is just silly! No ramen only lunch? come on!, everything on Instagram is not longer on the menu which was disappointing very expensive for a bite size food! not worth it! sushi sushi is just as good with some fancy sauce! Good part the service was okay, forgot 1 items we ended up cancelling it. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT, maybe if you are on a diet sure!
So glad someone recommended this restaurant to us. We had the 65 menu and every one of the 9 courses served was just delicious and so beautifully presented. The atmosphere is great and we will definitely return - well worth it.
