Absolutely awful company with non existent customer service. I received a half dead patch of grass and after reaching out to customer service twice, I finally got a response stating they agreed how "unacceptable that is and would gladly issue me a refund." I have now followed up 4 times (both over email and on the phone) with no response. Stay far away, there are way better companies out there putting out the same product.

We put the Fresh Patch on the balcony and our dog used it once, but would not use it again. It was worth a try but it did not work for us.
I ordered the mini as my dog is 11 pounds and it was way too small for him to consider even peeing on. It also took 2 weeks for my shipment to get to vancouver. I was really excited for this product but am very disappointed. I was hoping to create a monthly subscription but won’t be doing that now
Fresh Patch has made our lives so much easier! Condo living has meant that we don't have a yard to simply "let the dog out". Now, we're able to let him onto the balcony when it's inconvenient to go for a walk (no more 3am walks in the snow!). The customer service has also been first-rate. Every time I've had a question or concern, Fresh Patch has addressed it promptly, even calling me personally to address the issue. I can't recommend Fresh Patch enough - this company has made our lives as dog owners so much more enjoyable!
The product was great and it lasted a lot longer than expected. Unfortunately our dogs refused to use it. One dog was afraid of it and the other had no interest in using it.
Very frustrating experience, although the product is good. I cancelled my order in mid-May but I continue to be billed every week! No customer support response to my many emails. Very expensive mistake on my part.
The product is good, the staff and service are excellent. If the price is lower it would be five stars.
It worked great the problem with it was that you shipped way earlier than you told me you would and it sat for over a week in the box so was fairly dried up. They still used it which was good being on the 7th floor of an apartment buliding. We did have to go buy a peice of sod to complete our holiday. I will definitely purchase again! Next time hopefully the Fed Ex guy will actually deliver it instead of leaving it at the post office for me to pick up!!!!!!!!!!
