Me and my parents decided to switch from Fido to Freedom given their amazing deal right now. We had great experience with Peter. Not only did he patiently help us find the right plan, he answered the millions of questions we asked. I then decided to upgrade my girlfriend's phone to Note 20 Ultra and he even added in an additional 10 GB of data for her. On top of that, he told me to make use of the referral plan and that saved me 50 on my next bill. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new phone plan.

It's a better than average Freedom Mobile. The staff are usually fairly tech proficient and have a good handle on explaining things in multiple languages. The enclosed storefront allows for better conversation than Freedom Kiosks. Selection is good and they carry a decent amount of accessories. They are often understaffed on weekdays during 9 to 5 so plan for a small wait. Parking is readily available in the street or in the mall. Transit is available from the Canada line and several small bus routes.

I have my own phone. I just want a phone plan around 20-25.Freedom Mobile has it.so I take it.they let me try few days to see if I like it.very good service . The manager is very good and nice .Even I ask a lot of questions.

Pretty clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit crowded. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. Price is ok. Public restrooms are nearby. Free mall parking lot available, but parking space is very crowded.
