I found Fast Trac Excavating to be very easy to deal with - very fair, thorough and professional! Once our account was set up, I was amazed at how quickly they took care of the snow removal in our lot! I thought I might be having to wait a couple of hours until the work was done however I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was done immediately after the contract had been finalized! I also like the fact that there are no long-term contracts to be bound by. Thank You Fast Trac!

Craig and his fantastic team at Fast Trac were invaluable in helping us get our home built. From the excavation process through every detail of the general contracting, Craig and the boys were always professional, courteous, punctual and completely transparent and honest. Our home is beautiful and is standing the test of time thanks to Craig and Fast Trac. Highly recommended!

I needed a cherry tree stump removed and a bit of drainage put in my front yard. I decided to call in Fast Trac Bobcat and Excavating to do the job. Someone came by to get an idea of the scope of work and I was given a quote. Work was started about a week or two later. The stump and surrounding large roots were completely removed (not just ground down), and the drainage was put in. Two issues arose during the digging for the drainage, an irrigation system leak that was difficult to shut off and a water main across the drainage path required some manual digging, both of which delayed completion of the job, but the job was still completed within the time frame given, and the debris was completely removed to our satisfaction and all at slightly below quote. Fast Trac did a good job and I am quite pleased with the results.

Fast Trac responded promptly to our urgent call for help to replace the suddenly plugged-up rock-pit that used to protect our below-grade basement from flooding; heavy rain was due in a few days. Looking at my emailed photos, Craig suggested a plan much simpler, faster and more cost-effective than what I initially asked for. On Monday morning a very experienced efficient operator showed up with his excavator. He listened to my concerns and suggestions, and started working. By Tuesday afternoon everything was cleaned up, the new 24" sump was cemented in place, and the yard over the new rock-pit was compacted and smooth. On Wednesday the rains came... and drained quietly away. I remain extremely impressed with the courtesy, speed, and especially the competency of Fast Trac in resolving our problem, every time it rains.

I have used Fast Trac on two excavation jobs at my home now. The first time was a drain tile replacement that ended up being a sewer and water line replecment as well, since the front yard was already dug up. The second more recent job was a concrete patio demolition and re-grading of the back yard. I love that Fast Trac gives me a price up front (that they stick to), and that they don't subcontract to others (they brought aggregate in their own trucks, and took all the waste away themselves). Most of all though, I love how they can handle more than just excavating, if that's what the job calls for. They just get the job done. Should I have to dig up either the back or front yard again (I hope not!) I'll definitely give Fast Trac a call.
