The employees are nice and prices are fair but when we show them are health insurance they would give us a discount and would give us it back soon but 2 weeks later they never called then I called them and they said oh yeah we will call you soon next week they still hadn’t called my mom and dad had to yell at them for an hour just to get there money back and on top of that my brother and I got in trouble just for us what if to buy glasses at this store even tho it was us who paid for it finally one and a half months later they gave out money back I don’t recommend this place but I can respect them for at least saying sorry but overall not a good place to get glasses at

I really like this store. I have a bit of a sunglasses addiction and I found the selection not as big but they have nice stuff and are very helpful. This one is newly discovered and I got some Chanel’s and Jimmy Choo sunglasses for an excellent price. I would definitely go here again if in the area and in need of some more glasses. :)

Great Price, cheaper than other comparable shops in Richmond; Offer lots and latest model of products to choose from. Service is superb throughout the whole shopping experience. I asked for reprint of receipts, and the staff promptly mailed out duplicate to me. Will buy again and recommend to friends and family without any hestitation.
