Highly recommended! This store has amazing dresses for any occasion. I shopped there for mother of the Groom and had a seamless experience with down to earth Ladies serving me that I could relate to. I was dreading going shopping as I am a larger lady and they made me feel very confident. I left the shop with an outfit and I LOVE it! I never thought I would say I loved an outfit! Thank you Ladies so much! It was a wonderful experience.

My daughter suggested we go to Ever Elegant in Richmond to shop for a mother of the bride outfit for myself. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Maree. There were so many amazing quality dresses I didn’t know where to start. Beautiful satin, lace and designs I’d never seen before. Within an hour I had chosen a number of outfits to try, which I could of purchased. The dress I loved was not available in my size and it was a bit tight. The amazing Helena made on the spot alterations to make it fit me perfectly. My grateful thanks go to her for her skill over such a short period of time. I want to also thank Maree for her undivided attention from start to finish. I would recommend Ever Elegant to anyone who is in need of a beautiful special occasion outfit combined with second to none service.
What an amazing experience. I started my Mother of the Groom shopping at Ever Elegant (Richmond). The consultants were patient, professional, helpful and honest. No ‘sales push’, just guidance. About 20 dresses later and not one rolled eyeball to be seen and I walked out 100% confident in my choice which included a hat! Picked up the outfit yesterday after a small alteration and it is absolutely perfect. Thank you Ever Elegant Julie
I have made 2 visits to this delightful little boutique and have, on each occasion, had a happy experience. If you are looking for "same as same as" then visit David Jones type stores ... on the other hand if you prefer a more individual experience then I thoroughly recommend. The staff were helpful, the dresses that i was interested in were gorgeous and after ordering one, I am very much looking forward to going back to collect it. Thank you ...
I came in to Ever Elegant to try on a bridal dress for an upcoming wedding I am attending, coming in happy and excited for my experience yet to figure out quickly it was the complete opposite. As I tried on my dress she was quick to say that I was to big for it and that I need to loose weight. She made me feel like a cow and now I don’t even want to attend anymore !
I have recently purchased a beautiful outfit to wear to my son's wedding in a few weeks. I travelled from interstate to vist in the hope that I would find something to fit. I should not have worried. I was met with smiling faces , no pushing, just a smooth transition into looking and feeling amazing. I actually shed a few tears I was so overwhelmed. If you are looking for excellent customer service and a beautiful outfit to wear to something special in your life, I have no hesitation in recommending you visit Ever Elegant. The best around , excellent service, nice dresses, hats hand bags . I found the shop that I like . Despite going w/o apt they attended to my needs and I was able to buy 2 beautiful dresses , hat and bag for my son's wedding , they were busy both of them gorgeous Helena and maree with other customer but they are very experienced and conected , they are serving from their hearts , with passion . They were able to serve me too with nice spirit , and was out of there fast. God bless you guys .
I was EXTREMELY appalled by the costumer service at this forever elegant which is so ironic because the people there was not elegant at all. Going with my mother there to get her dress for a wedding was meant to be a fun and happy experience except all I could feel was anger as soon as I step in the store, not being very kind about our opinion and basically calling my mother fat was unexceptable. The woman who has served was being extremely rude to my mother while being extremely nice to another lady who she was also serving and it was blantantly obvious. Paying a dress that cost over 1000 the least you could do is be nice yet you guys were not, like I once heard we are the one who are paying your pay check please just be kind and let the costumer have a good experience. Thought that was the end of it until we came back for the dress fixing with the woman who fix it telling my mother to lose some weight which is definitely uncalled for. Just remember to treat others the way you want to be treated which is something you learn at a young age.
