The demo of the old bathroom was the best part about their workmanship. Putting it back together was another story. There were so many issues including having to hire another company to re tile the walk in shower a second time. Also, it took months to get the vanity doors repainted to the same shade of the drawers of the supposedly custom made vanity.. Update April 15, 2018...Under mount sink dislodged from counter while I was cleaning it...Not even a year after the install! Update Jan 24, 2021.Floor tile grout disintegrating in several places, will need to retile soon. Grout is barely 3 1/2 years old! Cheap paint used on vanity doors. . Paint is peeling off doors that were repainted after the fact to match the rest of the vanity.

I have dealt with Dave and the guys for about 10 years now on multiple renovation projects and the end result has always been an exceptional finish product. There have been issues that come up as with all projects and after 8 renovations on 7 houses to date I know there are always unexpected issues that arise when dealing with an old house but all issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. We are looking at another house possibly in the spring and I have already contacted Dave and reserved a time for him to do my renovation .Prices are fair the approach is honest and the work is top quality

I have had Dave and the guys do 3 projects for me to date. They just finished up my new house ( new to me and very new now) and I have to say I am amazed at how well it turned out. It was a massive project the whole house was gutted and redone The kitchen looks beautiful the siding and stone on the outside is maybe what is the most impressive. The deck is now twice as big and stable . My wife and I both love the bathrooms I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone needing a renovation I can not say enough good things about these guys and the quality of their work. I found them after a failed experience with another contractor and will never use anyone else Alex P
