Great customer service. I bought a Magic for my son. Was such a great experience we ended up buying a Logan for my other son. They loved their bikes so much and were praising it so much we bought another Magic for my husband. 3 bikes in a span of 2 months. The bikes work great, we own a bike shop " Edmonds Cycle" and my husband is a mechanic so repairs are easier. Overall highly recommended bikes and service.
