Definitely not the \best butter chicken in town\. Worst I've tried and I'm not even joking that the Indian place at Richmond centre food court has better food. Even the store-bought sauce to cook your own tastes better! The butter chicken tasted like a tomato bisque, samosas TINY, and the lamb vindaloo just tasted like oil with tough lamb. Why is it so expensive for food worse than the food court??

Good customer service. Attentive servers. Nice seasoning. Beautiful interior decor. The restaurant is situated by the water in a quiet residential neighborhood. Food has room for improvement. Overcooked prawns. Grilled chicken and beef very dry.
My wife and I had an enjoyable lunch here for the first time. We have heard much about it and glad we went. We had an excellent meal! The curry fish was good so was the hamberger with crispy french fries. The Chai with ginger was delicious. The dessert - sugar coated dough was a bit sweet for me but my wife found it just right! The service was good. I would highly recommend it!
I usually don’t post reviews ( just not that guy ) but couldn’t stop myself this time. What an amazing place. A big plus point it’s Halal. I ordered Karahi Chicken and Garlic Naan. The chicken was so tender that it just melted in my mouth. The flavour and the taste was so delicious. To be honest I haven’t had this kind of taste in Canada. It reminded me of back home. The owner came to check in if everything was good ( that is the personal touch everyone wants ). My new Indian food place - Ember Kitchen.
Great place to come with family or your significant other. Good atmosphere, great mix of music.eye pleasing. Servicer was super sweet and got our order. The kitchen staff did an amazing job with putting out the food fast but good. Great fusion of flavours. And the best part was it was halal. Only thing I would change a bit bigger portion size. But would definitely come back again.
