Had an awesome experience with their RT department. I hired them to come out shoot some piping. Myself having my cgsb RT 2, I asked to look at the technicians film. Film coverage, densitys, and sensitivity were all excellent. The technician was friendly and professional. Will definatly use again.

Tried to get a price out of these people. They appeared not to know what the CAN CGSB specifications governing their own industry were, expected me to tell them what they needed to do, and were frankly rude and unhelpful. Don't bother. Fortunately, we never got past the stage of requesting a quote, but when a sales person flat out tells you that they \don't have time for you because they are on holiday\ that really tells you everything you need to know. I do have all of this on email, so if anyone is looking for proof of this, I'll be happy to provide it. Edit: Since posting this review, which is, again, based purely on facts that are contained in email conversations, I have had several threatening phone calls and emails, including defamatory statements. It appears that the concern is not the terrible customer service offered, or indeed the shockingly rude and unhelpful attitude, but only that I have posted an honest and verifiable review of my experience.
