I absolutely love this store! When I went, the store was really busy but they still took the time with each customer. In the end, I ended up buying a pair that I love and they provided really good customer service!

If I could give 0 star I would . I returned a purse after Christmas and was treated like a criminal. First, there were two people inspecting the purse ( I did not even take it out of the dust bag) and I was questioned about the stuffing in the bag. One, it did not come with any stuffing and 2, why would someone intentionally withhold garbage/recycling? Very accusatory demeanour. I can't say all the stores are like that as I had great customer service at Pacific Centre, where I purchased the bag, but it was a different story at RRichmond Centre. I think the woman was the manager too. I would laugh if it did not happen to me.
