Incredible Customer service. I'm super happy with the support from this store, the entire team is incredible. I had an issue with an order and the whole team came together to solve it and make it right, super happy with this. I wasn't expecting to get this level of customer service, but the store truly went above and beyond for me. This has definitely won my loyalty as a customer and ensured I come here to shop.

Jamie and his team are the best, go see them for anything you may need. They are friendly, informative and fast. My favorite thing about their team is that they actually care for their customers and offer some really good options.
This is a pretty good place to find your favourite games. The manger at this location is really nice and helpful, you can tell he really loves what he does.
Nice location with a good selection of pre-played games and friendly service. If your looking for video games in Richmond it's a good place to visit.
Have to say I enjoy going here just bc of the staff..especially the owner...he is so accommodating .. knowledgeable..friendly and such a cool guy...the staff is always great too...typical EB store ...games and more games ..PS5...Switch..Xbox...etc..wheelchair access ...mall parking...great staff...
They called me up to pick up a PS5 that someone reordered but canceled. Yay! Their call list works! Great place to trade in consoles and games. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I think they have some of the best staff members of all the eb games. They are always willing to help and very nice

If you can't find it in store they will hunt the item down until they find it! I shop alot and the experience at this location is just awesome!!
