It was my first time to have dinner in Earls, we try to call three branches and the Richmond one was the only place could do short notice reservations(otherwise said they cannot and we should go there by person and there is 45 minutes waiting). When we reached they offered outside tables due to new restrictions and there were heaters all around as well they offer you blankets. They serve quickly and there food was yummy. The burger actually was big for me. It tasted wonderful and fresh.

Normally love Earl's but last night was so strange food wise. I had the tofu zen bowl that I usually really like but last night it was very dry. My husband had the lobster and prawn ravioli and it was sitting on a runny thin liquid that should have been the sauce. No seafood in the ravioli, just a pile of it sitting on the side of the plate. Friend's Caesar salad was yellow and no longer fresh. Disappointing. The child's hamburger was delicious.
In this new Covid restrictions, earls is doing their best to make you feel warm. It’s amazing how they’re providing blankets. Food is awesome as always with the great customer service. Really recommend earls if you’re looking for a cozy date night in this Covid-19 new restrictions.
When we went there they offered daily special menu. Great deal. Love the patio and friendly service.
Ordered dinner for the family from here tonight. It was great. All 3 meals were perfect. The blackened chicken is awesome. I used to enjoy going inside this restaurant before the end of the world and soon hopefully will again.
Hi there Earls! My family and I have been frequenting your weekend brunch for some time now and we have recently noticed that the food quality and the service has very much improved! The service has always been just very average and the food was consistently good. But the service has now shot through the roof with a new regular server we see named Terri with an amazing personality and the food is now consistently GREAT! I am now urging all my friends and coworkers to enjoy your brunch on the weekends. This earls has been nothing but improvements throughout the past 3 years. I am very happy to be a Richmond local that has met many of their staff and am seeing their growth as a restaurant. The recent visits have been nothing shy of superb you have my support during unprecedented times!!!
I've been going to Earls often lately, the new night manager Jamie has been exceptional with his service. He has a fun and welcoming personality and seems like a natural leader. Excited to enjoy the Earl's patio with him in charge this summer.
Indoor dine in is locked right now so we could only sit outside. They provide with well cleaned blankets and heater to prevent too cold outside. The service and food is awesome. They follow most the covid rules so that's great. But we made a reservation on their website to prevent running out of tables so I recommend people interested to do the same.
