Best service ever! Aleksandar from the body shop took care of everything and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. He was available to answer all of my questions and was so patient explaining everything to me. As for the fix itself my car looks so much better than it did before. Not only did they fix what was broken but they detailed the interior and the exterior. My car looked brand new. I will never go see anybody else for any car service. 10/10, 100/100 recommend them.

Great service provided by the parts department. They had parts in stock, and even when not, they would get them in a day or two. Pricing is reasonable given that you can get them now, but 10-15% more than on the online parts websites (gmcanadaparts.ca). On the other side, 10-15% is okay when you add S/H to online order, plus time to ship to your place.

Sheldon is a fantastic salesman. Just bought the 2021 Escalade and the process couldn’t have gone better. Sheldon continued to update us and made sure everything worked out. He is very knowledgeable and will always put in his best effort. Mike did an amazing job with going over the vehicle. Their quality service have been above and beyond.
