Worst Clinic in Richmond BC. Doesn't care about patient. Worst service. When they receive fee, it takes one second. But when patient get an appointment it takes over than 2 month. Another worst-when they call, call coming 1 second, then patient call back they say you missed the call. Crazy

Dr Sharon Dodd is a compassionate doctor who cares about what you have to say. A great doctor that always puts the patient first. Sets the example of what every doctor should strive for.
Dr Dodd is good but her front staff sucks. The front staff does not treat the business like their responsibility. I had a 2:30 appointment but the front staff really didn’t care about my time and kept on letting people that were behind me go ahead, intentionally. People with 2:40, 3 o’clock got to go ahead of me despite me reminding the front staff I was a 2:30. It’s as if the front staff was playing a game and I was the next victim of that game. This would be a great medical clinic if it had a better front staff, that made and kept appointments...
Dr. Sharon an awesome Dr. Very patient and understanding. My entire family is happy with her. Front office is excellent too
Dr. Dodd and her staff are always helpful & prompt. Highly recommend!
