Placed a simple one item order which said it would take approximately 2 days. Here we are at day 10 and still nothing. I sent them an email and they never replied and I phoned them several times and it keeps saying they have a "unusually high volume of customers" and you cant wait on the line. Good prices is all that is keeping these guys afloat. I dis, however, after some time, get a refund.

I bought an Asus product on this site ordered three months ago still not received I asked for a refund via email and on the phone no response from them. I have to fight to get a refund. This site is to avoid rotten customer service the word is fair enough. Usually I am very patient but this site was easy to evaluate. 1 star is toot much. I give minus 5 star
I have dealt with DCC for years... They have some of the best prices in Canada and back when the PST loophole was in effect I would save even more. I've ordered well over 100 times and spent 10's of thousands making custom PC's. My issues, albeit few, were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I will be continuing to do my business with them for many more years to come for the reasons above. - Mark
A week into ordering and no shipment info for 2 of my parts.. Definitely should of checked reviews before ordering.. saving 50 isn't worth it when you gotta wait over a week...
Same experience as the previous reviewers. Ordered product that was IN STOCK. Did not ship after 10 business days. Tried to contact but the phone was unavailable. There was no online chat available either. I noticed that NCIX was the one that charged my credit card. I contacted NCIX via their online chat and they were quick to cancel the order and refund the credit card. Waste of time.
Ordered 3 items for my pc and got one.. on the website it said they were in stock but when i phoned them they said that one item was not in stock and the second item would take another week to get here. Lucky for me the third item made it to me somehow.Sticking with amazon from now on...
Direct Canada has very competitive pricing and they do stand behind their products. I've made numerous purchases from this company and have always received what I ordered. They do have issues with their ordering software that does not accurately track the progress being made through the shipping process. They say that the problems are being addressed
Wish I can give them ZERO star. The website said the item was available, 7 days after ordering it was still processing, asked them what's going on and then they say it's not available and they don't know when the ETA is. Didn't even let me know before, didn't even apologize about it. Big waste of time, will never deal with this company again.
