For close to 25 years this small family business has been serving me, my family and many businesses I know exceptionally well. Expert knowledge, equipment of the highest quality, personal service and integrity have always been at the core of their values. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs electronic equipment and computers.

Digital arts has provided great service. They provided a rebuilt computer a a reasonable cost running win 7. I have just had them upgrade to win 10, and install a 250Gb SSD. I now have the fastest computer I have ever owned.

Surprisingly underrated IT store. After spending multiple days trying to look through YouTube and other online websites which claimed to know how to teach me to fix my own laptop, I ended up damaging my laptop even more. Fortunately I found this store on my way home from uni and the friendly shop owner guided me through different options for my laptop (as I needed to recover a lot of my uni files). I would 100% recommended this store, some people (like me) think that’s they can fix their own laptops and computers; and save some money, but honestly it’s not worth the risk.

I have been a customer of Digital Arts for years. They have always provided me with fantastic service, advice and hardware. I went through the process of buying hardware online myself, but found that most of the time there was no warranty or it was a pain to send back and get a replacement in case of an issue. Since then I have always gone through Digital Arts, knowing that if any issues should arise they will always take care of it for me. Computers I bought from them are still running fast after many years. Highly recommend.

Poor service overall. Place is a mess inside. If you are an uneducated/non tech savvy person you will be ripped off big time. Things that cost only a couple of bucks online will be marked up literally 10x the price. Don't be fooled by the mentioning of brands and the use of mind messing computer terminology as to the justification of the ridiculously marked up prices, especially parts that are old/second hand. My advice is to do your homework and research & review what is it you need on the net/youtube; or approach friends/acquaintances who may have a better understanding of computers/parts who can assist you with diagnosing your issues or direct you to the most cost effective alternatives. I was lucky enough to go in knowing what I needed and did a bit of research as to how much I should expect to pay for the part I required. When I requested the part I needed and was told the price, I was gob smacked. The guy must have thought I was clueless and that he could shaft me.
