Sam is amazing!!! My vehicle was totalled in an accident, I found myself without a car and no way to get to my appointments for my injuries while waiting for my insurance agency to figure it out. Sam made my nightmare stop. He was straight forward, compassionate and got me into my dream car that I love way more than the car I just lost. He was able to get me into a car right away, when other dealerships told me it was impossible. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Sam, other than to say when I'm ready for an upgrade I will definitely ask for him.

Spectacular experience! When many of the local dealerships give you the price runaround, these guys give it to you straight. I live on the far west side of the state and after hearing good feedback about Dick Huvaere's dealership, I decided to give them a call. At first I spoke with Ted, he was responsive, but just didn't seem very motivated to sell a vehicle. I called back a few weeks later after a local deal fell through, and spoke with Ryan Tolitsky. He was responsive, very helpful, and very willing to help me get into the truck that I wanted. After our first discussion, I determined that I just couldn't afford the model that I wanted as the incentive dollars weren't there, so I decided to wait. After about a week, at the start of October, I received a text from Ryan telling me that there were more incentives available and that he could work the deal that I needed to get me into the truck that I wanted. That's all he needed to say! I pulled the trigger and we did everything over the phone and through text. He was cordial, responsive, and very professional. A day after the paperwork was done, they delivered the vehicle to my door in the Holland area. That's right folks, they delivered it all the way across the state for no extra charge! I didn't ever actually meet Ryan in person, but thought this would be a great way to tell about my excellent experience with him at Dick Huvaere's dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle, don't hesitate to contact Ryan, he is very professional and excellent at his job!
