They ignored me everytime I have tried to complain. Refused to let me speak to the manager. I have had to pick up my own package a lot of times. They are improving their serivuce not as bad as it use to be. But still not 5 stars.
Read this before considering any business with Dhl. Such a frustrating and unprofessional service. My package was supposed to be delivered 20 days ago but had a big delay and DHL returned it to Vancouver. I paid 143 and still struggling and following up with many staff and departments to get my money back. They even don't release my package and asking me to pay for duty. You couldn't deliver it. You couldn't do the service you sold now asking for duty? Frustrating customer service which just pass you to another department. I never ever trust DHL. Keep this in mind before doing any business with DHL. It's day 35 and still in a circle between departments. Customer service, claim department, brokerage department and all do the same. They just pass you to another one.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. These people will do everything to not talk to you after screwing up your order. Would give negative stars if possible.
They sent the package to the wrong address and asked me to be careful next time. Wow thank you DHL.
