BEWARE! Worst courier service ever. They don’t have any Idea what’s going on with in their organization. No one showed up at my residence and they still claim no response from my side. Visited to pick up the parcel from this location and now they have sent my parcel back to surrey where I came from by driving 45mins. I would rather pay more to other courier services than using DHL.

The DHL Express located at Vancouver Airport is inept at delivering and communicating with customers. I ordered products from the US where the vendor used DHL to ship to me in Richmond, BC. The package arrived at Vancouver Airport the next day and I paid the duties. DHL tried to deliver 2 or 3 times but because my apt buzzer doesn't work, the delivery had not been successful. All this while until I finally retrieve my package (3 weeks later), I've called them 10 times telling them to call me and asked where's my package. The customer service agents appear to be helping and sympathetic. However, for whatever reason, the delivery guy / DHL Vancouver Airport doesn't follow simple instructions to call or to communicate what the issue is. They are literally and figuratively working on their own little island. They don't follow or ignore internal and external communication. They are pathetic and are the worst courier company with which I've ever dealt. Avoid them at all costs! Use regular post instead and you'd receive your package much sooner.
Why would you send my package from Los Angeles to Cincinnati and then back to Los Angeles and then British Columbia? Needed it for Sunday trip and now it arrives on Monday at earliest. It's supposed to be delivered on last Thursday!
The team there were very efficient and super friendly. I come here many times to pick up parcels and the service has been very consistent. I use to have them deliver to my door, but the delivery driver experience has been hit and miss so I prefer to go to this service point.
