Very disappointing experience. I purchased a gown at this shop and BUYER BEWARE, they do not do refunds, and this was not told to me at the time of purchase. I went home and re-tired the dress on, it did not fit well at all. I called the store within 24 hours of purchase and they refused a refund. I contacted the head office and they took over a week to get back to me and they still refused a refund, despite my request meeting consumer affairs guidelines and the dress in perfect condition with tags. Do not purchase from this store, horrible service for any grievances you may have.
Very happy with the exceptional customer service provided at Danielas bridge road store. The store manager Ruchi made us felt very welcome from the moment we entered the store. After getting disheartened from few places being size 18 my friend suggested me to try Danielas store. Can't thank Ruchi enough for suggesting me the perfect dress for my son's wedding. I will definitely recommend my family & friends to shop from there.
Service was absolutely atrocious. I ordered a dress from their online store, after two weeks of not receiving it, I emailed and called for them to tell me it won't be arriving for a few more weeks. I follow up again and they then tell me that the dress I ordered is sold out and that they processed a refund when they received my email. They didn't even bother to call or email me to advise. When I called to ask how they just process a refund without offering another size or even advising me, the lady i spoke to Ruchi was extremely rude. Extremely bad experience and would never order from the store again due to their lack of professionalism.
