Richmond Cycles is a wonderful local bike shop. They replaced a damaged cable, which was prevening the Di2 system working on my new bike, a Cervelo Caledonia. This was a job that would be well beyond my skills but it was done very efficiently by the staff in the shop. The battery was charged and the Di2 system is now working, which I'm delighted about.

I purchased a Wahoo Tickr heart rate monitor online and collected it in store. Everything was smooth and collection was ready the next day. Went in to store and spoke to Phil and asked him for some advice regarding saddles and without hesitation he went and got some to show me and explained the differences. I ended up purchasing one and he assured me that if it's not right I can bring it back and swap it if need be. The professional and friendly advice I received was amazing and I left fully satisfied. They know their cycling that's for sure. Will definitely visit again when I need any Cycling accessories in future!
Staff very polite, informative and helpful. Altogether excellent service.
I like the people. They seem to be top level geeks when it comes to cycling. What else would you want when you hand in your baby for service?
