Horrible customer service, the server was impolite,rude and unprofessional. I will never ever come to this place again and I will let all the people I know not to come too. Management need to deal with these issues

Last month in March, 2021 Previously their 2 combo meat or veggie curry included a drink (Dasani bottle - tap water, fountain pop, or chai - what is only available sometimes) with naan and rice. It was more than 11.81 not exactly sure how much, I think it was just under 14.00 But now as of Apr 15, 2021 they offer 2 curry combo with meat or veggie. I just ordered the 2 combo with meat with no drink, no naan (as it was not offered and only rice was available) and the total came up to 11.81 Now you can opt out of the drink and now for a bit less. I usually don't want the drink and can't eat the naan after the rice anyway, so it works out to be a cheaper option for me. But if you want the extra naan and drink, it will be extra. But still It think is good deal. The food is limited choice, usually chai is not available nor naan, but if you want to pick up something quick and not fussy - not looking for a lot of variety or customer service for decent price (food court price) this is good option.
Extremely flavorful and tasty curries with Naan. Great combos available. Restaurant quality flavors in a food court setting. I had the palak paneer and butter chicken and both tasted fantastic. Perfectly spiced. Only downside is that the food is lukewarm.
Good food at reasonable prices. Although some of the other places in the food court shut down early, Curry Express seems to always close when the mall does. Great place for vegetarians.
I have tried their Special Combo which includes 2 curry, Rice, Naan and a drink. I would never prefer this place as neither the taste of the food is good nor the service. The person was not using gloves and the face mask. The Naan was burned from one side and look so bad, the chicken curry and butter chicken taste like they are too old and reheated many times.
Service was pretty bad. Slow, inattentive servers with no interest in being helpful or friendly. Bordering on sullen, and clearly would rather be chatting with each other than serving food. One took a personal phone call while ringing up my order. But portion sizes were huge--almost American standard--and all four curries that my husband and I got were delicious. We were not expecting that at a food-court Indian place! Great value.
Taste is just average comparing to all other Indian food I've had so far, but considering this is a fast food place AND the fact that I was able to get two vegan curry options here when I was starving, I give it 4 stars.
This is what happens every time I go. "Can I have the Tandoori Chicken... No? But it's on the menu." Wash, rinse, repeat. Not sure why it's on the menu. The food they do have is decent, though.
