Today I called to inquire about their discount at this location. I just wanted to know if they have the same 75%off as the McArthurGlen location. The lady who picked up the phone rudely told me "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT, WHAT DISCOUNT? EVERY LOCATION IS DIFFERENT! WHAT DISCOUNT?" I think it's no secret theres a big sale now at Crabtree and Evenlyn, even online is 30% off... Make sense now why the company is filing bankruptcy. Just because you're losing your job soon, doesn't mean you have to take your anger out on your customers. Jesus...please quit if you dont want to help customers and answer their questions.
I do so enjoy Crabtree & Evelyn as a brand but I much prefer the location in Victoria on Vancouver Island. The customer service there is outstanding.
