Richmond County Probate Court

Walked into the area designated for marriage licenses and received no acknowledgement or instruction whatsoever from any of the three staff members that saw me enter. I sincerely hope that this is not normal for Richmond County.

Walked in and, despite them being very busy and short staffed, I was seen in a timely manner. The people were friendly and efficient. Overall a good experience.

Great place! Very appreciated here! I'm from Puerto Rico and I got married here! It was great! Great service and overall they were all very nice to us!

Most of the employees that I encountered on several occasions were extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Just because I'm in a courthouse does not mean I'm a criminal or even there for court itself. I was there to get my weapons license. Your employees really need to work on their customer service skills!
